Update + March Madness Primer

Man, life without football is kinda sad. But we’re in the lab prepping some new metrics and angles that will at the very least be interesting (to a football nerd like me at least—though I imagine many of you fall in that same bucket). And of, course, this research will hopefully lead us to some more SGP glory in the fall. More on this soon.

But I’m writing also because I’ve been helping behind the scenes on a March Madness Betting Primer I encourage you to check out— plenty of interesting metrics and analysis, especially on live trading where there lies some of the best value + entertainment betting in March. I write about this at more length in the Primer. I’ll also add that many of the metrics and visualizations included are “beta” versions with football equivalents, so any and all feedback on that front is very much appreciated as well (my DM’s here or on twitter are always open and looking for feedback).
